Grob gesagt deutet ein &#8220;Hard Bounce&#8221; darauf hin, dass die E-Mail-Adresse nicht existiert, w\u00e4hrend ein Soft Bounce auf ein tempor\u00e4res Problem hinweist. Dementsprechend markiert Marketo harte Bounces als &#8220;E-Mail ung\u00fcltig&#8221; und versucht nicht, an diese E-Mail-Adresse erneut zu senden, w\u00e4hrend weiche Bounces nach 24 Stunden oder bei sp\u00e4teren Sendungen erneut versucht werden.  <\/p>\n<p>Aber das ist nicht die ganze Geschichte. Marketo markiert diese harten Bounces automatisch als &#8220;Email Invalid = TRUE&#8221;, was bedeutet, dass diese E-Mail-Adressen von allen zuk\u00fcnftigen Sendungen ausgeschlossen werden. Es ist mit gro\u00dfer Sicherheit davon auszugehen, dass diese E-Mail-Adressen entweder nie existiert haben oder nicht mehr existieren. Diese Personen sollten letztlich aus Marketo gel\u00f6scht werden.   <\/p>\n<p>Hard Bounce, Kategorie 1 \u2013 Tempor\u00e4res Zustellungsproblem. Diese Adressen sollten \u00fcberwacht und ihre Bounces gez\u00e4hlt werden. Wenn sie immer wieder bouncen, sollten sie irgendwann als ung\u00fcltig markiert werden und \u2013 siehe oben \u2013 schlie\u00dflich gel\u00f6scht werden.  <\/p>\n<p>Soft Bounces &#8211; Verschiedene tempor\u00e4re Fehler. Diese sollten \u00fcberwacht, gez\u00e4hlt und als ung\u00fcltig markiert werden, wenn sie kontinuierlich fehlschlagen.
