Following the strategic carve-out of Evoriel from Nexity, the newly formed company needed to establish an independent marketing automation infrastructure while maintaining business continuity. The project required creating two distinct Eloqua instances from a single shared platform, managing millions of contact across multiple real estate brands, and ensuring zero downtime during migration. The complexity was amplified by the need to preserve 15+ active integrations, maintaining GDPR compliance, and implementing sophisticated multi-brand management with separate domains and IP addresses for each entity.

The Solution

Our Eloqua experts designed a comprehensive migration strategy centered on automation and brand independence. We configured independent brand identities within a single Eloqua instance to support Evoriel’s multi-brand operations. The migration automated the transfer of 220+ emails, 100+ campaigns, and 50+ programs while recreating all system integrations. We implemented Contact Level Security for granular access control, established numerous dynamic signature rules for personalized communications, and built a unified preference center managing consent across all brands with automated synchronization.

As part of their independence from Nexity, Evoriel required a complete separation of their marketing operations while preserving years of customer relationships and automated workflows. A manual migration would have risked data loss, campaign interruptions, and compliance issues across their real estate brands. The automated approach ensured business continuity during this critical transition, maintained all customer touchpoints, and established a scalable foundation for independent growth. What We Built in Oracle Eloqua?

We constructed a complete marketing automation ecosystem from the ground up. The new instance features independent brand configurations, each with its own sending infrastructure and email deliverability setup. We recreated the entire data architecture to manage customer relationships across all business lines, with automated daily synchronization between systems. The platform includes a unified GDPR-compliant preference center where customers can manage their communication preferences across all brands, dynamic email signatures that personalize sender information based on each customer’s property manager, and automated data management processes. All 220+ emails, 100+ campaigns, and system connections were migrated and optimized for the new multi-brand structure.

 

Migration Process

Our migration was executed through four structured phases, ensuring full continuity, data accuracy, and a seamless transition into Evoriel’s independent multi-brand Eloqua environment.

Phase I: Instance Configuration

Initial setup of the independent Eloqua environment, including multi-brand architecture, deliverability settings, and access-control rules.

Phase II: Data Model & Integrations

Rebuild of the complete data model with 18 custom data objects and reconnection of 15+ system integrations (CRM, consent platform, customer portals).

Phase III: Asset Migration

Automated migration of 220+ emails, 100+ campaigns, and 50+ programs, ensuring full functional parity and consistent brand execution.

Phase IV: Data Migration & Go-Live

Migration of all contacts, GDPR consents, and 12 months of activity logs, followed by a full go-live in March 2025 across all French regions, coordinated jointly by Like Reply and Evoriel teams.
