The Challenge
Symrise needed to deliver hyper-personalized LTO campaigns to a targeted B2B enterprise customer base within an ABM approach and tight seasonal timelines. The challenge was to balance creative differentiation with scalability across multiple markets, keep marketing and sales aligned on personalized messaging and lead validation, and address technical constraints including email deliverability, data integration, and campaign automation.
Solution
We implemented the campaigns entirely on SAP Marketing Cloud. GenAI was used to build a unique message for each client, drawing on their brand story and recent news connected to the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day. In addition, we created a personalized product visual for every company, enabling a highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy. To support the sales force, GenAI also generated tailored content for three key roles within customer organizations — Innovation/R&D, Supply Chain Managers, and Operations Managers. This ensured that every communication, from marketing emails to sales follow-ups, was personalized, relevant, and consistent with the overall LTO campaign strategy.
